Kelli Lair's genius is that of a creative, visionary and forward-thinker. She has the ability to pull ideas and concepts out of thin air, and the tenacity and drive to bring the visions into this reality. Having over 20 years of work experience in the corporate world (program implementation and management) and over 15 years of experience running her own businesses, her expertise ranges from concept interpretation, to process analysis and implementation and brand development and design. Kelli is adept in understanding the moving parts of running a business and passionate about helping people find their bliss, and creatively building a brand to share with the world. Her soul’s mission is to provide platforms and guidance that encourage others to step into their truth. She is a mother of two, loves boxers, and the expansiveness of having a daily silent practice.

As one of the co-founders of new72media, Cinda brings with her a professional and soulful approach and perspective to our business. Her ritual, Building a Heart for Your TinMan/Woman, is offered to every incoming new72 author. The ritual walks the author through a process of clarity, purpose building and life giving to support the success of each book. Since 2010, Cinda has been invited to write monthly articles for a variety of online women’s magazines and websites. She writes her own blog, "Cinda's ROAR!" and website, “ROAR! with Cinda.” She is a published writer and author of self-help, spiritual, inspirational and women empowering articles, novels and children’s stories. She is public speaker and workshop facilitator. Her memoir titled, I Know Now: A Woman’s Healing...Violence to Victory, Trauma to Truth is published with new72publishing. Her book Whispers to ROARs, is an accumulation of all her motivating, uplifting, heartening pieces of short literature. Her first published children's book is titled: Tommy T and the Pea That Got Away. She is a wife, mother of two, owner of a dog and cats, plus a lover of nature, angels and the Divine.
Francine Raften

Media defines Francine, and she has defined media in the course of her long career in radio, TV, marketing, publicity, brand development, product launch strategy, political campaign manager and social media specialist. She’s played parts as a producer, radio and TV news anchor, reporter, actress, and, stand-up comedian. In each of those roles, Francine has made friends and influenced people—always with passion, a positive attitude and a can-do spirit. Francine believes that successful results come from developing good, strong relationships and understanding the media’s fascinating and constantly shifting landscapes. Francine is a wife, and actress, a doting grandmother, a fabulous cook, and an amazing gardner.

Mary L. Holden worked as an editor and writer at three Arizona-based magazines before turning freelance in 2009. Since then, she's worked with fiction and nonfiction book manuscripts, poetry, business writing (website copy, resumes, whitepapers, blog content), screenplays, children's and young adult literature, and, memoir. Collaboration with Mary allows authors to enjoy the process of getting their words in print.
